We are a growth partner for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands, such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt, and Smilodox, and are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative concepts throughout the entire creative process and will actively shape the brands' continued development.

Задачи:

• Responsibility for the creative process and scaling paid social campaigns for top brands in DACH
• Creating scripts for paid and organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
• Close collaboration with the founders
• Analyzing KPIs and continuously optimizing assets
• Actively developing our performance marketing processes and best practices

Требования:

• You are a full-funnel marketing specialist (everything from research and angles to copywriting and media buying)
• You have managed at least seven-figure ad spend and have demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or brand environment
• You have strong communication skills and a genuine understanding of people
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
