Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations Collect, validate, and enter product data across Product Management tools, trackers, and shared documents. Maintain product information, SKU sheets, product attribute lists, and related data sources with a high level of accuracy.
Gather, structure, and maintain spare- parts information to support product planning, service readiness, and documentation needs. Support document control activities, including version tracking, naming consistency, filing discipline, and cross-checking product information.
Apply sim racing knowledge and familiarity with the Fanatec portfolio to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and product context issues. Manage inventory of Product Management samples, including intake, storage location tracking, availability, condition checks, and return follow-up.
Support testing of development samples by following test instructions, documenting observations, capturing reproducible issues, and escalating findings. Enter and maintain Product Management issue records, including issue descriptions, status updates, priorities, owners, and supporting evidence.
