Pull attendee history data from HubSpot and coordinate high-touch invite campaigns.
Partner with Sales to expand audience acquisition through referrals and ecosystem partnerships. Own the Summit marketing calendar and develop integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and paid channels. Manage internal review processes and track campaign performance for continuous optimization.
Attendee Experience & Communications: Own attendee communications across the full event lifecycle to create a premium experience. Serve as primary point of contact and gather feedback through surveys to improve future events.
