Brand Manager Candy Date: Jul 10, 2026 Where we need you The Swiss Marketing team is responsible for driving the growth and success of some of the world's most loved confectionery brands. Lead innovation projects and product launches in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and Sales teams.
Present brand strategies, recommendations and performance updates to local and regional management teams. Modern and centrally located Zürich office. As Brand Manager Candy, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Smint, Chupa Chups and Mentos Candy in Switzerland.
Working closely with local, regional and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping brand growth, driving innovation, and creating memorable consumer experiences. Your core responsibilities at a glance Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store and other consumer touchpoints. Partner with media and promotional agencies to deliver impactful activation programs and communication materials. Manage portfolio health, including core products and new product development initiatives.
Analyse sales performance, market share, consumer feedback and brand KPIs to support strategic decision-making. Manage marketing budgets effectively and optimise investment to maximise return on investment. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
The ideal recipe for our new Brand Manager Candy Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. Experience in media planning across traditional and digital channels. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment. Creative, consumer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building. Experience in confectionery, candy or gum categories is an advantage. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatism and flexibility. Fluent German and English.
