Qualifications Experience: First work experience in a dynamic environment such as an agency or startup, with possible exposure to email or LinkedIn cold outreach. Work style: Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented. Optimal: Prior experience with GTM tools like Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach or Apollo.
