Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to develop high‑quality, SEO optimized content for web and email.

Monitor LinkedIn analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy. Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, website, and paid media to support product launches, events, and strategic initiatives.

Support the creation of landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, etc., and digital assets that reflect our brand and expertise. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms to measure success. Support day‑to‑day management of digital channels and campaign assets.

Stay updated on emerging digital tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing or social media role.

Financial services experience preferred, specifically at an index provider, asset manager, or B2B fintech. Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media presence and representing a company’s voice through its social profile. Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices. German and any additional European language preferred. Skills Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Strong video editing capabilities for short‑form and campaign content, e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. Ability to leverage AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency. Basic graphic design and video production skills using Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
