Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is seeking an Events Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support flagship initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the growth of our index business in EMEA.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, with proficiency in a third European language considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post‑event reporting.

Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activities. Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languages.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist roles. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is a plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantage. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
