As Divisional Marketing Manager, Lending, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GtM) strategy globally.

This is a senior, hands‑on role that combines strategic leadership with operational execution to empower Divisonal Sales and building and deliver full-funnel marketing programs that generate demand and support divisional revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GtM) plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning, messaging, competitive positioning, and alignment across Marketing, Product, and Sales.

Create clear solution positioning and high‑quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, brochures, videos, and one‑pagers to support awareness, consideration, and sales engagement.

Build and run full‑funnel marketing campaigns in German and English across webinars, sponsored content, paid social, email, search, PR, and ABM (account‑based marketing) approaches in partnership with agencies.

Qualifications At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience within financial technology, financial services, or software/SaaS industries, ideally for Lendingsolutions Proven ability to market to seniorbanking decision‑makers, with a strong track record in sales enablement and translating complex product capabilities into clear value.

Strong execution skills with a structured, systematic approach to project management, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
