Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support flagship initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the growth of our index business in EMEA.

The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post-event reporting Marketing Support: Assist in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities during non-event periods Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives Project Management: Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activities Multilingual Communication: Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languages Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist roles Fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantage Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with AI tools to support event communications, reporting, and workflow efficiency What You Can Expect From Us At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
