Field Marketing Manager – EMEA Retail (Grocery and Beauty)

Key Responsibilities Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectives.
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close alignment with sales to engage, nurture, and accelerate priority Retail accounts. Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, vertical, and persona on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.).
Develop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywriters. Analyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvement. Conduct market, database, and competition analysis. Work with freelancers and external agencies.
Manage budget & accounting. Requirements 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting field marketing. Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programs, with a focus on ABM targeting enterprise (billion‑dollar revenue) accounts. Degree in Marketing, Business School o
