TostrengthenourteaminWinterthurSwitzerland,wearelookingfora: Global Marketing Manager Tasks & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic and operational marketing plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns. Manage speaker bureau, workshops, and company programs in international conferences.

Initiate and support post market clinical registries with clinical team. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Define product specifications for new products development based on market feedback and needs. Manage marketing budget and track ROI for various marketing initiatives.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Provide marketing support to distributors. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements. Drive brand awareness and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts. Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics. Collect, centralize, and analyze Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) data to create compelling clinical reports.

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer Educationandrequiredcompetencies BS, MS degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science. MBA or post-educational marketing degree preferred. Min 5 years of experience in the medical devices industry in marketing roles, preferably in cardiovascular devices.

Strong presentation and communication skills Good experience in product launch, marketing communication and customer relation. Sales oriented (experience in sales is a plus) Ability to manage stressful situations, to adapt to changes and to develop solutions. English a must. German and French preferred. Other languages a plus.
