Develop, refine, and manage the global Performance & Growth cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Create and optimise tools and guidelines (e.g., feedback formats, calibration approaches) for effective performance management.
Develop engaging toolkits, training materials, and facilitator guides to support leadership and performance initiatives. Build and implement scalable enablement concepts such as train-then-trainer to drive capability building across all regions.
Explore and implement innovative, AI-enabled learning and development solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee growth. Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact, adoption, and effectiveness of leadership and performance solutions.
Collect feedback, analyse market trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of all solutions. Your profile Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field. Initial professional experience in a comparable role.
Strong interest in leadership development, performance management, and organisational growth. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to work cross‑functionally and interculturally. Analytical thinking and a solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to translate strategy into practical tools.
Familiarity with HR IT tools is an asset (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to drive change in a dynamic, global setting. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Apply now via our online portal . Voith SE & Co.
