You'll sit within the Consumer Group business unit, with a tight connection into Intuit's broader Customer Success ecosystem - a function laser-focused on making sure every customer has what they need to succeed, at every step of their journey. Customer Success at Intuit isn't a support function - it's a strategic pillar.
It's about proactively enabling confidence, removing friction, and ensuring customers never feel lost or left behind. As a GPM in this space, you'll be at the center of that mission, connecting the dots between the Consumer Group's products and the broader Intuit Customer Success organization to drive impact that scales.
