Group Product Manager - Security (AI): Leading and scaling Nebius’ Security Product domain, responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nebius’ customer-facing security portfolio, including foundational security controls and security products offered across the platform and marketplace with an accent on translating enterprise security needs into scalable, productized solutions that differentiate Nebius in the European and global cloud market.

Location: Europe-based Company Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. What you will do Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Nebius’ Security product portfolio. Guide new security features and services from ideation to launch.

Engage with enterprise customers to understand security expectations and evolving threat landscapes. Continuously evaluate cloud security trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Requirements 6+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years leading Product Managers as a Group Product Manager or equivalent role. Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including identity and access management, encryption, secrets management, logging, and security monitoring concepts.

Demonstrated ability to influence engineering architecture decisions in a cloud or infrastructure environment. Strong enterprise mindset with experience supporting complex customer requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively alongside senior leaders such as CISO, Security Leadership, and Engineering Directors. Data-driven and execution-oriented, with the ability to translate strategy into shipped products.

Nice to have Experience delivering customer-facing security products or platform security capabilities. Prior experience at a Cloud Service Provider or hyperscaler.
