Product Manager (AI): Defining and executing the roadmap for next-generation healthcare software products with an accent on applying cutting-edge AI to solve complex patient and provider challenges.
What you will do Define, track, and manage product KPIs to ensure alignment with business outcomes. Lead product discovery efforts, including market research and clinical interviews, to identify and validate new opportunities leveraging AI/ML solutions.
Author comprehensive requirements documents, including epics and user stories, accounting for clinical edge cases and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Act as the primary interface with Engineering to drive technical discovery and define product scope. Represent the company as a product expert in sales demos and customer meetings.
Requirements 2+ years of product manager experience. Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize. High School Diploma required. Nice to have Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
