You will proactively optimize strategies based on evidence and insights, leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI, to establish Lassie as the top choice for pet owners across Europe.

Key Responsibilities • Support the management and execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, with a primary focus on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok). • Collaborate closely with local Brand Managers and designers to ensure a cohesive and consistent creative strategy. • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline processes and enhance task efficiency. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies through a data-driven approach and iterative A/B testing (e.g., bid strategies, account structure, creative assets). • Manage performance reporting and conduct thorough post-campaign analysis. • Develop compelling ad creatives with clear Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), including drafting copy and writing clear briefs, in an iterative process with designers. • Proactively identify and explore new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.

Eligibility & Requirements • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social marketing within a B2C company and/or a scale-up environment. • Enthusiasm for integrating AI technologies into marketing workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness. • A strong data-driven individual with a very good understanding of digital data analytics. • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable components. • A deep analytical mindset, capable of drawing grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions and evaluating work iteratively. • Natural curiosity and a strong hunger to make a significant impact on business growth. • Clear and effective communicator, capable of reporting insights and influencing stakeholders using data and best practices.
