Your mission
Be a part of the Product team, working side by side with designers, engineers and data scientists to uncover and deliver conversion rate improvement opportunities. Own end-to-end conversion at Banxware, from after sign-up to renewal, optimizing our Product to avoid leakage and maximize customer lifetime value.
Work side by side with CRM leveraging data and automations to optimize acqusition, activation and conversion for both first time and repeat customers. Develop a strong understanding of Operations and Risk by working alongside these critical functions across the funnel.
Your profile
You are highly analytical and feel confident using analytics tools (Metabase, Google Analytics and Snowflake) to identify trends, derive insights, and prioritize opportunities. You are a hands-on growth enthusiast and have a clear track record owning and improving funnel conversion.
You take full ownership, find hands-on solutions, and drive impactful results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You love experimenting and are open to discovering new ways of tackling growth challenges. That includes the use of AI tools. You have experience with CRM platforms like Hubspot. You know how to write, experiment with c
