Head Software Product Management - Lab Automation an advanced degree or MBA is a plus. 5-7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or hardware-related industries. Experience with lab informatics ecosystems (LIMS, ELN, integration standards such as SiLA2, OPC-UA, or similar).
Deep technical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, middleware, orchestration, and embedded systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German or other languages are a plus. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and a goal-oriented mindset.
