Key Responsibilities • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for multiple digital software solutions. • Translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into clear product priorities. • Evaluate new product opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, and commercial impact. • Act as the strategic interface between customers, sales, service, and development teams. • Shape product vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. • Guide cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle, from concept to launch. • Validate solutions through prototypes, MVPs, and pilot customer engagements. • Support commercialization, product launches, and internal enablement activities. • Contribute to improved product performance and more efficient commissioning and start-up processes.

Required Qualifications • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, computer science) or equivalent professional experience. • Several years of experience managing complex B2B software products, ideally in warehouse automation, industrial systems, or similar technology-driven environments. • Strong understanding of software development practices, including architecture, agile methods, and release planning. • Market- and customer-driven mindset with the ability to translate real-world challenges into scalable solutions. • Experience evaluating business cases, MVPs, and proof-of-concept initiatives. • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Very good English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage. • Willingness to travel internationally on a limited basis.
