This is not a traditional Product Owner role, but a strategic position that serves as the interface between the market and the development organization.

The role shapes product direction by translating customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives into clear priorities and roadmaps, ensuring the right value is delivered at the right time. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for multiple digital software solutions.

Translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into clear product priorities. Evaluate new product opportunities based on customer value, feasibility, and commercial impact. Shape product vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Validate solutions through prototypes, MVPs, and pilot customer engagements.

Support commercialization, product launches, and internal enablement activities. Contribute to improved product performance and more efficient commissioning and start-up processes. Required Qualifications Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, computer science) or equivalent professional experience.

Several years of experience managing complex B2B software products, ideally in warehouse automation, industrial systems, or similar technology-driven environments. Strong understanding of software development practices, including architecture, agile methods, and release planning.

Market- and customer-driven mindset with the ability to translate real-world challenges into scalable solutions. Experience evaluating business cases, MVPs, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Very good English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
