Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, and E‑Commerce teams to maximize country performance across the full funnel. Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a certified B Corp™ and 1% for the Planet member, based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available through our own online shop and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe — online and in over 650 stores.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships in the Spanish market, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and business impact through high‑performing influencer collaborations.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys negotiations, identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and outperforming targets. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond campaign execution and approaches influencer marketing as a scalable growth channel.
Your tasks Own and grow a portfolio of strategic creator partnerships with clear performance and revenue targets. Identify, prospect, and close high‑potential influencer partnerships that drive measurable business impact. Lead negotiations independently, balancing strong relationship management with business objectives and profitability.
Build long‑term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners while maintaining a strong commercial mindset. Drive influencer campaigns with a strong focus on performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and revenue contribution. Analyze campaign and creator performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
Proactively identify new growth opportunities, creator trends, and partnership models within the Spanish market. Take ownership of ambitious KPIs and continuously look for ways to outperform targets and improve business results.
Your profile 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnerships Management, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Sales, or similar commercially‑driven roles. Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong commercial mindset with proven experience owning revenue, growth, or performance‑related targets. Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments with high ownership and accountability. Strong understanding of the Spanish digital, creator, and beauty landscape.
Data‑driven and performance‑oriented, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into actions. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Previous experience in DTC, Beauty, FMCG, Lifestyle, creator economy, or high‑growth environments is a strong plus. Accelerate Your Career : Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.
