For our Software Engineering Team, based in Berlin, we are looking for an Interim Technical Product Manager, Fundraising Technology (all genders) , full- or part-time (24-40 hours / week), ideally starting for a limited contract until .
About the position & the team
The Fundraising Technology (FUNtech) team develops and improves the software of Wikimedia Deutschland’s fundraising operations. You will be the Technical Product Manager (all genders) for this team, collaborating closely with a team of engineers and across key stakeholders.
You will also be a part of the Product Management team, and Wikimedia Deutschland e. V. supports the volunteers of Wikipedia and its sister projects, develops free software such as Wikidata, and advocates for free access to knowledge, the opening of education and research, and more common good orientation in data policy.
This position is designed as a hybrid working model with quarterly presence in our Berlin office. This includes developing and maintaining the existing Fundraising app and infrastructure, as well as supporting the annual fundraising campaign.
Our Fundraising efforts fuel our continued work for the Wikipedia community, our large-scale software projects such as Wikidata and Wikibase, and our efforts to help secure access to free knowledge around the globe, to name but a few examples.
