Your mission? To grow and strengthen HOLY's presence in Poland - taking our existing community to the next level. You will take charge of: Moderating and managing our Polish community channels across key platforms.

Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives while serving as the first point of contact for Squad members — handling order inquiries, resolving issues, and making every interaction feel personal and on-brand. Collaborating with creators and agencies to produce fresh, local content for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

Adapting and translating global content for the Polish market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency. This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape the future of one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands while developing your skills across multiple marketing disciplines.

About You We're looking for a passionate self-starter who's ready to take ownership and thrive in our dynamic environment, ideally with first working experience within the marketing or customer-oriented sector. You're excited about community management and creating engaging experiences for people. You're comfortable translating and adapting content — keeping it accurate, culturally relevant, and on-brand. You're a natural at customer-facing communication, with a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach.

You're organized and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. You're a native Polish speaker with excellent English skills.
