You work directly with founders, our AI engineers and the ops users who actually run claims — and you turn what you learn into working software, fast. • Run discovery with real users: property managers, adjusters, restoration partners • Turn insights into specs, flows and clickable prototypes — built by you, not handed off • Vibe-code prototypes and internal tools with Lovable / Cursor / v0 and ship them to the team • Partner tightly with engineering on rollouts, quality and iteration • Combine qualitative interviews with usage data to inform the roadmap Your profile • 1–3 years in product, design, consulting or an ops role at a startup — or a strong portfolio of your own shipped projects • Very AI-fluent: you use LLMs daily and have real intuition for prompting, agents and their limits • Vibe coder — you ship working prototypes with AI-coding tools; basic React/TypeScript literacy is enough, you don't need to be a software engineer • Strong user empathy and clean written and verbal communication • Structured, empirical, hands-on — you prefer shipping to slideware Nice to have • Hands-on experience with Lovable, Cursor, v0, Claude Code or similar AI coding tools • Basic SQL and comfort digging into product analytics • Insurance, property or another regulated domain; German helpful (we work in English, users speak German) In an AI-native setup, PMs who can ship prototypes and internal tools themselves with coding agents (Lovable, Cursor, v0, Claude Code) beat classic ticket managers.
