While prior understanding and knowledge of Carbon Management is considered a strong plus (CCF & PCF), we value curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in sustainability and digital product development as a foundation.

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of product management experience who is ready to grow and take on more responsibility in a fast‑evolving domain. We embrace a hybrid work model with three in‑office days per week, offering a mix of face‑to‑face collaboration and remote flexibility.

Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications. Help gather and prioritize customer feedback, market insights, and regulatory updates to inform product decisions. Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery tracking alongside senior product leaders.

Your Experience 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with exposure to both discovery and delivery phases. Comfortable working closely with software engineers and designers in an agile environment. Familiarity with Carbon Management regulations is a strong plus.
