Responsibilities Development of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Webworks – from positioning to channel strategy Creation of an inbound marketing funnel in close collaboration with sales Analysis of relevant marketing KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action Regular reporting on marketing performance in coordination with sales Research, planning and coordination of all Webworks trade show appearances – from registration to follow-up Planning and coordination of our expert presentations and speaker appearances at industry events Organization and execution of our own digital webinars (currently via Livestorm & HubSpot; tool migration planned for 2027) Planning and alignment of trade show booth, presentation materials and sales collateral with executive management Internal coordination for timely preparation of presentation slides with subject teams via Asana Maintenance and development of the annual events plan – operating the 2026 plan while taking full ownership from 2027 including budget planning Pre-qualification of event leads (trade show visitors, webinar attendees) and structured handover to sales in Pipedrive Planning and production of whitepapers, case studies and other sales materials Coordination of the redesign of the Webworks website Maintenance and editorial management of the Webworks newsle
