Requirements • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience in messaging, developing creative briefs, and executing communications across email, digital platforms, advertising, and content formats. • Understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel logic, conversion rate optimization, mobile optimization, and hypothesis-driven testing including A/B testing. • Confident communication skills in German and English; experience with Adobe-based CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
