Stakeholder Management: coordination with internal teams and selected agencies/freelancers – pragmatic, structured, deadline-oriented. Responsibilities You will support marketing holistically with a focus on sustainable organic growth and robust tracking.
SEO & Content: keyword and topical architecture, briefing content, on-page/technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, quality control of content (guides/FAQs/landing pages). Performance Marketing: operational setup and maintenance of campaigns (Google Ads/Meta), testing roadmap, budget oversight, reporting (CPA/ROAS/CR).
Web & Analytics: event measurement via GTM (including Consent Mode), GA4 or Umami, consistent UTM standards, dashboards/reports (e.g., Looker Studio). Website Operations: coordination with development/design (e.g., WordPress/Headless), A/B testing, conversion optimization, monitoring Core Web Vitals.
Social Media & CRM: editorial calendar, organic posts, paid ads, newsletter flows (e.g., Brevo/HubSpot), segmentation and automations. Compliance & Quality: HWG-compliant messaging (German Medicines Advertising Act), data protection standards, and a responsible tone for sensitive health topics.
Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/Performance/Content), ideally in healthcare, e‑commerce, or another regulated environment.
