What are your responsibilities? • Development of a clear product strategy and a robust roadmap • Definition of service offerings, deployment models, and intervention boundaries of mobile maintenance • Steering and monitoring of relevant KPIs (e.g. safety, availability, quality, costs, customer satisfaction) • Responsibility for the cost structure and value proposition of mobile maintenance compared to workshop services • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, ECM requirements, and technical standards • Translating customer requirements into clearly defined and deliverable service offerings • Continuous development through standardisation, optimisation, and innovation in mobile maintenance What qualifications do you have? • Experience in maintenance, asset management, or technical service environments, ideally in industries such as rail, logistics, aviation, energy, or other industrial sectors • Background in product management, asset strategy, or service development • Good understanding of complex technical systems and their lifecycle as well as maintenance requirements • Knowledge of safety requirements, regulatory frameworks, or technical standards is an advantage • Strong analytical and commercial understanding, particularly in dealing with cost structures and business cases • Ability to work across functions and successfully engage and manage different stakeholders • Experience in service-based business models or working with fleets/assets is a plus • Ideally, knowledge of CMMS or EAM systems, as well as an interest in data-driven optimisation • Very good English skills, written and spoken; please submit your application in English What benefits do we offer? • Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely • Diverse training opportunities for your professional and personal development • Attractive additional benefits, such as meal subsidies, accident insurance and contributions to your company pension • Mobility benefits through financial support for the Germany Ticket and JobRad • Shopping benefits through our Corporate Benefits program • Fitness and wellness through membership in the Urban Sports Club • Employee referral program with attractive rewards • Health-focused services, including flu vaccinations, back therapy, skin screenings and psychosocial support Are you keen on tasks that move?

Would you like to actively shape a business-critical function in a technical environment? In this strategic role, you will take responsibility for the "Mobile Maintenance" product in rail freight operations.

You will define how mobile maintenance is deployed, the value it creates, and how it sustainably improves wagon availability, safety, and fleet performance. The position is clearly strategic in nature - you will steer through concepts, data, and stakeholders, without being operationally involved in maintenance activities.
