Role: Affiliate Marketing & Partnership Your Responsibilities • Analyze, monitor and control our Affiliate Marketing/Partnership campaigns. • Develop and carry out strategic partnership initiatives. • Business development and optimization of affiliate marketing tactics. • Identify, retain and expand new partner opportunities. • Assist management teams in leveraging existing partnerships to grow revenue within accounts. • Phrase concrete recommended action plans for the team. • Generate and present statistics, results and reports.

Role: Public Relations Your Responsibilities • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. • Develop media relations strategy for high‑level placements. • Coordinate all public relations activities. • Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media. • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts. • Manage media inquiries and interview requests. • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations. • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results quarterly. • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis. • Create the social media strategy and create budgets for social media activities.

We offer passengers who suffered from delayed flights compensation based on a dynamic scoring algorithm that learns with every additional data point.

Your Profile • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field, or equivalent experience. • Experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. • Experience identifying, vetting and recruiting affiliates and engaging bloggers and influencers. • Experience building relationships and optimizing marketing programs to increase effectiveness. • Very good analytical and conceptual skills to monitor key affiliates and bloggers. • Knowledge of online marketing is a plus. • High level of independence, dedication and organization. • Extensive knowledge of Excel and affinity for numbers. • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

Your Profile • Proven working experience in public relations. • Track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at the local and national level. • Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media outlets. • Experience acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews. • Exceptional writing and editing skills. • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. • BA/MA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline. • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

Role: Digital Marketing Your Responsibilities • Design and implement overall marketing strategy across channels – social, email, SEM, SEO, PR, in‑app messaging, affiliate, content marketing and data planning & analysis. • Initially focus on user acquisition through paid online media. • Monitor and analyze user journey from awareness to retention, implementing techniques to drive user acquisition and increase lifetime value. • Build content partnerships with media companies and bloggers in the parenting space. • Communicate growth efforts and outcomes inside the company.

Your Profile • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally with early‑stage tech companies. • Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. • Hands‑on knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, email platforms and Google Analytics/MixPanel. • Ambition and creativity to pursue unconventional channels. • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

Role: Display & Retargeting Marketing Your Responsibilities • Set up, run and scale online marketing channels (display, affiliate, SEA). • Own marketing budget and manage it responsibly. • Define and manage display marketing mix in close collaboration with a senior online marketing agency. • Plan campaigns, negotiate, analyze and report results. • Create ads, optimize and handle technical setup. • Get up to speed quickly and, on an ongoing basis, produce performance‑focused results.

Your Profile • Bachelor or Master degree in economics or related field; practical experience is also valued. • Minimum 1 year experience in display, retargeting and Facebook advertising. • Familiarity with tracking systems and ability to create technical concepts for retargeting implementation. • Passion for performance marketing and display advertising. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Excel and self‑learning ability. • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
