Full-time Job Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG business units and join a team of digital and performance marketing experts.

Experience with the Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360) Solid hands‑on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets and Google Tag Manager Feed management tools proficiency, with a strong Google Shopping experience Enjoy working with different stakeholders with a service mindset, flexibility and comfortability with priority changes Problem‑solver with a high ability in troubleshooting, with a reliable and proactive attitude Excellent project management skills, highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an extremely fast‑paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience Benefits 6 weeks of holidays per year (plus option to buy 10 extra) 40-hour work week with flexitime (capped at 45 hours) A hybrid work setup with flexibility to work remotely Generous parental leave: 18 weeks for maternity and 6 weeks for paternity/adoption SBB Half‑Fare Card and first‑class travel between SMG offices in Switzerland Gender‑neutral pay and transparent career paths Choose your gear: Mac or Windows laptop, and iPhone, Samsung, or Pixel mobile An inclusive and innovative environment where your voice matters #J-18808-Ljbffr You will plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brands You will work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and are willing to step in for other channels when required You will drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset You are comfortable challenging the status quo and will actively contribute to the optimisation of the processes and workflows You will work together with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practices You will work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities Qualifications You are a Native German speaker and fluent in English (our business language) +6 years of experience on various digital channels with a very strong focus on Paid Search .
