Platform Product Manager, Identity – Trust & Safety

• Lead a cross functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to drive alignment, execution, and launches • Own the product backlog and roadmap, including the prioritization process for product solutions based on business value and customer impact • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results, and build alignment across product teams and with leadership and executive stakeholders • Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs, customer needs, and technical or operational constraints, while presenting roadmap and status updates to leadership on an ongoing basis • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward buy, build, or partner proposals backed by data and user insight • Develop short term plans aligned with long term goals to iteratively build platform capabilities that defend against fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity • Build and scale platform capabilities that enable rapid deployment, experimentation, monitoring, and governance of machine learning and AI powered defenses, partnering with Operations, Policy, Legal, Privacy, and other Product and Engineering teams to ensure enforcement systems are accurate, explainable, operationally effective, and aligned with customer and business outcomes Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience • Prior product, operations, consulting, or engineering experience in security, trust, safety, risk, payments, or fraud • Prior experience building machine learning products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with design and hypothesis driven product development • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast paced environment • Experience leading teams through ambiguity and high stakes tradeoff decisions • Familiarity with modern AI systems, including foundation models, model fine tuning, RAG architectures, agentic systems, model serving, and AI observability • Experience building internal platforms used by multiple product and engineering teams • Marketplace or two sided platform experience ATS Optimization Keywords Hard Skills • product management • machine learning • AI systems • model fine tuning • RAG architectures • model serving • AI observability • product development • data analysis • platform capabilities Soft Skills • communication • leadership • entrepreneurial drive • decision making • team collaboration • problem solving • adaptability • strategic thinking • alignment building • stakeholder management Industry Keywords • security • trust • safety • risk • payments • fraud • two sided platform • marketplace • operational effectiveness • customer outcomes Tools & Technologies • product backlog • roadmap • monitoring systems • governance systems • experimentation tools • internal platforms • data insights • user insights • cross functional teams • enforcement systems
