What You’ll Be Doing Product Discovery & Customer Research Conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points and operational challenges Translate customer insights into product opportunities Validate assumptions before development begins Product Strategy & Prioritisation Work closely with founders to define product priorities Evaluate opportunities based on customer impact and business value Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions Balance immediate customer needs with long‑term product vision Product Delivery Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams Define product requirements and acceptance criteria Drive initiatives from concept through to launch Ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams AI‑Native Product Development Identify opportunities where AI can automate workflows and improve user experiences Collaborate on AI‑powered features, automation tools and agentic systems Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, decision‑making and execution Analytics & Optimisation Define and track product success metrics Analyse user behaviour and product adoption Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement and retention Drive continuous product improvements through data and customer feedback What they are looking For They are intentionally open‑minded on background.

Product Manager (AI-Native Platform) Location: Berlin (Hybrid) We're partnering with an exciting early-stage, venture-backed technology company building an AI-native platform that is transforming how complex operational workflows are managed and automated.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys speaking with customers, and wants to play a hands‑on role in shaping both product strategy and execution.

We're looking for someone who can operate like a mini‑founder; identifying customer problems, validating solutions, collaborating with engineers and designers, and driving products from idea through to launch. You'll have significant ownership from day one and play a key role in helping shape the next generation of AI‑powered workflows.

You may currently be: A Product Manager A Product Designer who has moved into Product A Software Engineer who has transitioned into Product A Startup Founder or Operator with strong product instincts More important than job title is your ability to identify problems, work closely with customers and ship great products.
