Market the solutions within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and regularly inform Sparkassen and associations about development progress and updates, e.g., via newsletter or industry conferences. Monitor and manage portfolio revenues and budgets.
Gather input for further development of our portfolio from Sparkassen, evaluate it within a roadmap, and follow up on prioritized items. Measure solution usage using appropriate KPIs, report these regularly to stakeholders, and continuously improve them. Requirements Degree in Business, Computer Science, Media, or a comparable qualification.
Interest in AI, chatbots, customer service and advisory, and technically inclined. Proficient in MS Office and common web applications. Independent, committed, and responsible. Motivated, reliable, and customer-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
