Job Description We are looking for a Product Manager (Agentic Discovery) to lead the charge in redefining how users find and interact with our marketplace through conversational search and AI agents.

In this highly experimental and fast-moving role, you will collaborate with leadership, tech, and design to build a delightful agent-led experience from the ground up. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, launching rapid experiments, and translating cutting‑edge AI capabilities into tangible consumer value.

Shape the Agentic Product Experience: Help drive the transition from traditional search to conversational discovery, defining how agents solve complex user intents. Rapid Prototyping & Evaluations: Partner with Tech to build agentic workflows, evaluations, and guardrails in a fast-moving, experimental environment.

Define New Success Metrics: Establish frameworks for measuring agent performance in a non-deterministic world, focusing on conversational quality, accuracy, and user delight. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with leadership, tech and design to turn ambiguous AI capabilities into a cohesive, high-impact product experience.
