The Role What You Will Dο • Own the roadmap for one of our core products, from ideation through to development, launch, growth, and maintenance • Run discovery: talk to customers, mine behavioral and support data, and use that to decide what to build next and what to explicitly not build. • Partner day to day with an engineering squad and a designer to ship, measure, and iterate - you're accountable for the outcome • Setting team goals and success metrics to align with company goals and represent your product area in company-wide planning • Prioritize ruthlessly against a roadmap that's always bigger than the team's capacity, and be able to explain the trade-offs to stakeholders • Work with Compliance and Risk to turn regulation into an innovation driver • Drive maximum impact for your product based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy Who You Are • 5+ years in product management, including time in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance business • Experience shipping in a regulated or trust-sensitive space (financial services, health, or similar) • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • High analytical and technical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation • Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners • A bias towards action with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done including working with data • The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for complex products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment • Genuine interest in personal finance and in Plum's mission of helping people build wealth without having to think about it.
