As Product Manager for Intelligent Lubrication Solutions in the Innovation & Connected Solutions Product Management team within our ALS Business Line, you will report to the Manager Product Management, who is located in Houten, Netherlands. #J-18808-Ljbffr Product Manager – Intelligent Lubrication Solutions We are looking for a forward‑looking Product Manager to drive the development of Intelligent Lubrication Solutions.

Building on SKF’s established position in automatic lubrication, you will move innovation initiatives forward, focusing on creating measurable value for customers and shaping how new technologies evolve automatic lubrication towards intelligent, condition‑driven and connected systems.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to defining the product roadmap for Innovation & Connected Solutions, ensuring emerging technologies are leveraged to deliver impactful and differentiated lubrication solutions.

Work with Sales and customers to identify opportunities to create customer value through connectivity and AI, translating these into scalable product and service solutions. Identify customer challenges, translate them into scalable products and services, and bring solutions to market that deliver measurable business value.

Provide technology and market insights by researching and assessing competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies in lubrication, connectivity, sensing technologies, and applied AI/ML.

Conduct customer value validation through piloting activities for the new Intelligent Lubrication solutions to validate customer value and technical feasibility.

Build strong internal and external networks to combine capabilities and develop integrated solutions to identified customer needs, evaluating external partners, technology providers, and collaboration opportunities to accelerate innovation.

Key Requirements A university degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field, with previous experience in product management, innovation management, or business development.

Experience with connected products, digital solutions, AI/ML, sensing technologies, data‑driven services, and related applications in industrial settings. Knowledge of lubrication systems, industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or condition monitoring is a plus. Fluency in English and solid communication skills.

Additional Information This is a global position, preferably located in Europe on one of our major SKF/Lubrication sites in Houten (Netherlands), Walldorf or Berlin (Germany), Chodov (Czech Republic) or Saint‑Cyr (France). Occasional travel may be expected to support workshops, pilot activities and cross‑site collaboration.
