We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the in-product customer experience across JamLoop’s customer platform.
This role is responsible for driving feature adoption, customer engagement, onboarding, and retention through thoughtful in-product experiences.
You will own the strategy and execution of how customers discover, learn, and engage with product capabilities through onboarding flows, guided tours, checklists, announcements, release communications, contextual education, and other in-platform experiences.
In the near term, success comes from establishing a scalable approach to in-product engagement, improving customer adoption of key features, and creating a more intent
