You will translate market signals, customer needs, and regulatory shifts into a clear product roadmap, and you will drive delivery with an international R&D organization. Delivery: Manage international R&D resources across geographies, keep specifications and timelines current, and ensure features land on time and to spec.

Visit https://univers.com/ Product Manager Charge Point Management System As Product Manager for our Charge Point Management System (part of the EnOS suite), you own a product at the center of Univers’ EV charging business — from workplace and fleet operators to public CPOs and multi‑country enterprises.

Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the long‑term vision and prioritize the development backlog based on market and customer needs, regulatory requirements (OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118, MaStR, etc.) and business objectives.

Domain Expertise: Act as the subject‑matter expert for charging infrastructure standards, driver applications, control interfaces and backend integrations. Documentation and Coordination: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation related to product specifications, requirements and project timelines.

Coordinate communication and meetings between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Customer Loop: Run close feedback cycles with sales, operations and customer support across pre‑sale, commissioning and post‑sale phases. Turn field issues into product improvements.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor products and industry trends to understand market dynamics and identify potential areas of differentiation or improvement for our products. Analytics & Performance: Define and track KPIs for uptime, transaction volumes, revenue, user adoption and general product performance.

Qualifications & Experience Essential Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen). Equivalent professional experience in EV charging or energy software considered. Proficiency and strong background in cloud‑based backend systems and charging relevant protocols.

Proven track record as a Product Manager or Product Owner, shipped software products, not just documented them. Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication across engineering, commercial, and executive audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.

Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to contribute to the success of cutting‑edge products. Desirable EV charging market experience (CPO, eMSP, OEM, or platform side). German language skills.
