What we're looking for • 4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally at an early-stage company • Experience in adjacent complex B2B industries like healthcare, insurance, or logistics • Previously shipped products in a resource-constrained, early-stage startup environment • Demonstrated ability to go deep on complex methodologies (e.g., scientific calculations, regulatory frameworks) • Active use of modern AI tools (e.g., for synthesis, prototyping) in your PM workflow • Mission-driven, with a genuine, stated interest in sustainability or agriculture • High ownership mentality • Willing to work on-site in Berlin This probably isn't for you if • Your career history has been exclusively in large, slow-moving enterprise companies • You don't have B2B SaaS product management experience • You're expecting rapid team growth or a near-term leadership promotion • You're averse to getting into the technical weeds of data, calculations, and methodology • Your salary expectations are significantly above the €70K-€90K range • You're unwilling to work on-site in Berlin The new hire will take full ownership of the existing core product — Europe's #1 primary data collection platform for dairy — to scale it into new markets and commodities.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at an early-stage company, with strong prioritization skills for managing trade-offs between customer needs, technical debt, and new features.

They're comfortable leading a dedicated engineering and design squad, have enough technical acumen to discuss system design and data models, and are motivated by the sustainability mission — someone hands-on and proactive in a resource-constrained startup environment.
