A key focus is the international wheel portfolio: making it easier to manage, commercially attractive and suitable for aftermarket, service and OEM needs. You will coordinate input from suppliers and internal teams, check product details, keep data clean and help make sure the right information is available when products go to market.

Work on the consolidation and further development of the international wheel portfolio. Work with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Service and regional teams to support launches and product improvements.

We offer a permanent full‑time role in an international environment, with hybrid working and a tangible product scope within one of Europe's leading bicycle accessory brands. Regular contact with international suppliers and Accell teams across Europe. A small product team with peer Product Managers, a Product Designer and a Graphic Designer.

Our ambition is riding together to win. For XLC, Accell Group's proprietary Parts & Accessories brand , we are looking for a Product Manager Wheels & Components. The role focuses on wheel sets and selected components, with a strong mix of hands‑on product work, supplier contact and portfolio follow‑up. What's the job all about?

You will take care of assigned XLC product categories from first idea to launch and later phase‑out. In practice, this means working through several projects at the same time - some small and fast, others longer and more complex. What will your day‑to‑day responsibilities involve?

Manage selected product categories through the full lifecycle: idea, development, launch, maintenance and phase‑out. Talk to suppliers about product options, specifications, prices, lead times, minimum order quantities and feasibility. Keep product data, specifications and product‑related information accurate in ERP and product management systems.

Prepare or coordinate product documentation such as technical information, manuals, FAQs and launch input. Who are we looking for? A few years of Product Management experience, ideally in cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, automotive aftermarket, motorcycle or another technical product environment.

Good technical understanding of wheels, bicycle components or comparable mechanical products. What can you expect from us? Ownership of relevant product categories within the XLC portfolio. A strong focus on wheels and components, including aftermarket, service and OEM requirements.
