Regional Product Manager/Lead - Central Europe Department: Software Solutions Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Berlin, Germany Description Aurora's Software Analytics team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition.

You will understand the needs of our external and internal software customers in Central Europe and closely engage with our technical teams to design and deliver solutions that meet them.

Key Responsibilities You will play a key role in defining the vision and strategy for our software platform in the Central Europe markets You will build and maintain the regional roadmap for all Central Europe, software products making key decisions on feature prioritisation, in line with product vision and strategy You will own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas You will define requirements for UI and modelling features of our Central European software, and you will work with local and central technical teams to design solutions meeting these requirements You will play a leading role in a cross‑functional team of highly skilled software engineers, product managers, modellers, research analysts, commercial and customer success representatives in continuous product delivery You will develop and manage client relationships, develop in‑depth understanding of client requirements, and manage user feedback You will build and manage the Central Europe, software product team, fostering positive working culture and providing mentorship and development opportunities for the team Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required attributes Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services company, or other knowledge‑focused firm or institution Proven track record of successfully managing large complex projects or products that require significant cross‑functional coordination Excellent analytical and communication skills Good understanding of energy markets Results‑driven, with a high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands‑on approach to ensuring targets are achieved Professional proficiency in English, as well as in either of German or Polish Desirable attributes Good understanding of power market models Track record of building and leading successful teams Knowledge of the Polish language is a plus Benefits Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Spendit Card BVG Job Ticket Bike Leasing Parental Support The Company is committed to the principle that no employee or job applicant shall receive unfavourable treatment on grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy, and maternity. #J-18808-Ljbffr It is a seamlessly integrated suite of soft‑ware products allowing our users to value and benchmark any asset or portfolio, under any business model and market scenario, anywhere in the world.
