In this crucial position, you and your team will lay the foundation for PiNCAMP's continuing growth. You will report directly to our Director Demand & Conversion and lead a specialized team of marketing experts to take our customer acquisition to the next level.
What you can expect
As part of the B2C Marketing & Conversion Tribe, you lead a Customer Acquisition team of SEO, Automation, and Inbound Marketing experts. Together with your team and key stakeholders, you develop a forward-looking acquisition strategy and define the roadmap for your domain.
You break down silos between disciplines and work closely with the Retention team to optimize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Your goal is the long-term optimization of advertising costs. You manage our Paid Marketing accounts with a focus on maximum automation.
You drive Partnership Marketing by steering affiliate agencies and directly managing major partnerships. You will further intensify the acquisition-side collaboration with our shareholders ADAC, ANWB, and TCS. You leverage interfaces with Product, BI & Data to deeply anchor automation, AI, and data-driven marketing within the organization.
