The role As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager , you will be a key driver of our growth strategy, focusing on scaling patient lead acquisition for the German market.
Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, your mission is to diversify our marketing mix and unlock new growth opportunities beyond traditional platforms like Google and Meta. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
You will foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making, managing external agencies and freelancers while collaborating closely with our internal Growth and Product squads. Requirements Experienced: You bring at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
Strategic & Analytical: you have a proven track record of scaling paid channels and translating long-term goals into actionable, data-driven roadmaps. Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with web analytics and reporting tools, preferably GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
Proactive Owner: You have a strong sense of ownership and a drive to improve business metrics based on deep analytical insights. Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics, a related field or a similar degree
