Working within the Marketing & Growth team and closely with Mariella Gradler, you will grow our spend and lead acquisition well beyond its current level.

As our first dedicated Performance Marketing Manager, you will build our paid advertising function inhouse and scale it across multiple countries.
You will own the entire ad spend from strategy to execution. As it is the first role we hire in this area, we need an all‑rounder that can ship stuff. Responsibilities Own our entire paid spend across Meta, Google and Bing, and scale it from its current level upwards.
Drive lead acquisition across multiple markets: Germany, UK, Italy, France, Spain and more. Run campaigns end‑to‑end: set up, budget allocation, bidding, tracking, reporting and optimisation. Build the SEA function inhouse and move the work from external consulting into a scalable internal setup.
Be measured on hard numbers: CAC, CPL and pipeline contributi
