Transform complex data into sharp, actionable insights that drive fast and informed decision‑making. Drive creative strategy and testing: brief, iterate, and scale breakthrough concepts and formats. Continuously test and optimize targeting, bidding, and messaging to unlock incremental growth.
Stay on the pulse of platform innovation and automation (AI, programmatic, attribution models) and translate it into growth opportunities. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in one major channel: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) or Paid Search (Google Ads, Shopping, SEM).
A proven record of scaling campaigns and managing significant budgets in a high‑growth environment. Strong analytical firepower: fluent in performance metrics, attribution models, and data‑driven decision‑making. Creative instincts and the curiosity to test, break patterns, and discover what truly works.
Proactive problem‑solver with speed, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑changing growth environment. Strong English communication skills required; German is a plus.
