About the role The Senior Performance Marketing Manager owns the hands‑on setup, monitoring, and optimization of Retail Media campaigns across Sponsored Products as well as Paid Social and Programmatic channels (offsite).
Job Description About your tasks: Own the end-to-end setup, activation, and optimisation of Retail Media campaigns across Sponsored Products, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms such as Meta and DV360.
Translate media plans into high-quality technical campaign setups, including targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creatives, tracking, and attribution logic.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CPM, CPA, and CVR, identifying opportunities through audience refinements, bid adjustments, creative testing, and placement optimisation.
Qualifications About you: You bring 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid media, ad operations, or retail media environments.
You have strong expertise in Retail Media platforms, Sponsored Products, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic Buying, ideally including tools such as Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Amazon Advertising, or comparable DSPs.
You enjoy working with performance data, tracking setups, and campaign optimisation, and know how to turn insights into measurable business impact. Therefore, we welcome you with our comprehensive onboarding program. Sports: Stay healthy.
