Your work is what lets ecoplanet keep scaling Within your first 3–6 months, you will: Build deep customer and market conviction: develop a sharp understanding of how the German energy market works and what matters most to our customers — and form your own point of view on where the biggest opportunities are Take full ownership of a product area: drive your area’s roadmap and outcomes, working directly with Tech and Design and making the calls that keep things moving Ship meaningful improvements to the core product: identify the highest-leverage gaps in what we have today and close them Lead a new product from idea to production: define, scope, and deliver a new product or major capability together with the Product team — and own the outcome This is a senior, high-ownership role from day one.
