As our Senior Product Manager – Delivery & Shipping Experience, you’ll shape one of the most business-critical journeys at Redcare by defining how millions of customers experience delivery before, during, and after placing an order.
Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations, you'll own the complete delivery experience—from delivery promises and checkout options to post-purchase transparency and carrier integrations.
You'll solve complex operational challenges while creating simple, intuitive customer experiences that increase trust, improve conversion and enhance customer satisfaction.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape delivery strategy across the business, driving measurable improvements in delivery NPS, checkout conversion, operational efficiency and cost per order.
