About the role You will lead the design of complex, scalable product solutions for our pharmaceutical processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, business needs, and future growth demands.

Job Description About your tasks Design and own complex, end‑to‑end product solutions that create lean, scalable, and compliant pharmaceutical processes Translate regulatory and operational complexity into clean system designs and structured product architectures Act as the bridge between operations, product, and engineering, driving cross‑functional alignment and timely delivery Proactively identify and implement AI‑driven enhancements and agent‑based solutions to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision support Apply a data‑driven and experimental approach to validate solutions, leveraging AI tools (e.g.
