Tasks Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and holistic roadmap for our Public Cloud service portfolio, aligning engineering capabilities with market demand and business growth.

Evaluate emerging technologies - such as specialized GPU infrastructure and accelerated computing - to identify strategic entry points for our cloud platform (AI infrastructure knowledge is a strong plus).

Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated monetization strategies, specifically focusing on consumption-based (Pay-as-you-Go), tiered, and subscription pricing models tailored for enterprise clients.

Develop robust business cases, monitor unit economics, and manage financial success metrics (revenue, margin, CLV, churn) to ensure profitable growth of the cloud portfolio. Conduct continuous market, competitor, and analyst (e.g., Gartner, IDC) assessments.

Act as the "voice of the enterprise customer" to identify unaddressed needs and high-value business opportunities. Drive relationships, technology alignment, and commercial agreements with global hardware/software suppliers and technology partners.

Own the orchestration of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), lead complex price and contract negotiations, and align partner roadmaps to optimize our cloud platform's cost structure, margins, and strategic positioning.

Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to launch new capabilities and maximize market adoption. Evaluate and nurture strategic partnerships with global technology vendors, open-source communities, and integrators to expand the platform’s value proposition.

Qualification University degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related hybrid field.

Minimum 5+ years (8+ for Senior) of proven experience in Strategic Product Management within a Public Cloud Provider (IaaS/PaaS), Managed Service Provider (MSP), or large-scale B2B Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment. Deep understanding of cloud economics, financial modeling, and the mechanics of consumption-based/metered billing models.

Proven track record of owning or heavily influencing product P&L. Demonstrated ability and proven experience defining product strategies and navigating complex market dynamics.

Strong foundational understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure services, or advanced cloud-native business solutions, enabling you to sit at the table with principal engineers and architects.

Exceptional communication skills in English; ability to influence executive stakeholders and articulate complex technical value propositions into clear business outcomes. German language skills are a valuable asset but not mandatory. Flexible working hours through trust-based working hours.
